In an ongoing effort to improve the design, functionality and performance of our Breezy Relax2, we have undergone an important update in the manufacturing process of the tilt and recline lever and also a further improved design of the cover for ELRs. We have had feedback of the occasional breakages of the tilt and recline lever due to heavy use and wanted to improve the design. We have made the following improvements to the material and design:
We have also separated the lever from the drum brake. This is to ensure that breakages are reduced due to incorrect operation; We have found there have been cases of application of too much force, due to mistaking the correct lever.
Our new ELR cover has been designed for increased safety, the entrapment improvement was generated via a risk assessment only. The cover is clicked on and can also be retrofitted to existing ELRs that are currently in the field.
Important Note: This update is imminent and all chairs will now be supplied following this manufacturing process. Thank you for your product feedback and allowing us to continue to improve our products to better suit your user’s needs.
