Due to the positive response of the new Exo backrest upholstery on our Quickie range we are now adding these on to both the Zippie Youngster3 and Zippie Simba. Therefore the current backrest upholstery for these chairs will be discontinued and replaced by the Exo/Exo Pro upholstery effective of Monday 2nd May 2016. The Exo backrest will be available as standard along with the optional Exo Pro backrest which is made with 3DXTM vented fabric for extra ventilation.
Customer Benefits The Exo backrest is an evolution in wheelchair upholstery design, incorporating technology from the Formula 1 and adrenaline sports industries onto our products and improving everyday performance. The Exo and Exo pro are both lightweight and thin adding very little to the weight of the chair and increasing comfort and adding extra support to the user. They have been designed to be easily adjusted via the straps and to be compact and therefore fold down simply.
