As part of Sunrise Medicals after sales feedback mechanism, we have identified that the 7” castor wheel tyre used on the Salsa M2 is too soft and wears out too quickly. We are now introducing, effective from 30.04.2015, a new updated 7” castor wheel with a harder type tyre which matches the existing 7” castor wheel as used on the Salsa M. Spare wheels will also be exchanged with the updated wheel effective from the same date. Part number will not change. The castor wheel is retro-fittable to existing Salsa M2 wheelchairs in the field.
