Pushing has never been so easy!

Lifestyle

Pushing has never been so easy!

With a 4.5 kg total transport weight and unique folding function, the R20 is ideal for storage and transport, without having to compromise on performance and durability. The R20 is also incredibly easy to use, with a push to go control, two peg mounting and easy to read display.

The R20 is one of the lightest powerpacks on the market.

Lightweight

The R20 is one of the lightest powerpacks on the market.

With a total carry weight of just 4.5kg, it is less than half the weight of other powerpacks currently available. This includes 3kg for the motor and a 1.4kg lithium-ion battery which can be disconnected and transported separately (the intuitive, easy to grip two peg design allows easy mounting without using any tools).

250w brushless motors

Reliability

250w brushless motors

The R20 contains 250w brushless motors that don't wear over time versus traditional brushed versions, as well as a powerful, robust and long lasting tyre and a lithium ion battery ensuring a durable and reliable product, this is reinforced with an extended 2 year warranty on the battery and 3 years on the motor.

Controls

Frequently Asked Questions

During the forward movement the motor winding (Stator) is uncoupled (by the freerun). This is not the case when moving backward, as the motor windings create a voltage causing the LED´s flashing, which is completely normal.

The R20 is a pushing device without any braking function. A drumbrake is only recommended, but not mandatory, as it always depends on the capabilities of the user and the area of application. (E.g. Environment, sloping terrain.)

The motor power will be reduced − the motor operates with a low charging level ~100 W lower.

The R20 is compatible with all wheelchair models that have a box frame and tube diameter between 22 and 28 mm. For the latest information vist the R20 webpage.
