Our Team Sunrise ambassadors have exceeded all our expectations with their impressive results in Tokyo! They had already very high standards set from Rio with 17 medals and they have managed go far beyond that this time. They have won a total of 25 medals: 10 gold medals, 9 silver medals and 6 bronze medals, along with numerous Paralympic diplomas. They have proved that with hard work and determination they can achieve the most challenging goals and really live without limits.

Our Dutch Team Sunrise ambassadors Carina de Rooij and Mariska Beijer, together with the rest of the team, have won the gold medal in Women's wheelchair basketball! Our Team Sunrise ambassadors from the UK Terry Bywater, Gregg Warburton and Abdi Jama have achieved the bronze medal in Men's wheelchair basketball.
Diede de Groot from The Netherlands has won gold medals in doubles and singles! Jordanne Whiley from the UK has achieved a silver medal in doubles and a bronze medal in singles. Gordon Reid from the UK has won a bronze medal in singles, and a silver medal in doubles together with Alfie Hewett (UK).
Our Spanish ambassador Sergio Garrote has achieved two medals: gold in men's H2 time trial and bronze in men's H1-2 road race. Our German ambassador Vico Merklein has won the silver medal in men's H3 time trial.
Our Brazilian Team Sunrise ambassador Elizabeth Gomes has won the gold medal in her category, Discus Throw F53. Our Polish ambassador Lucyna Kornobys has won the silver medal in her category, Shot Put F34. Our US ambassador Cassie Mitchell has won the silver medal in her category, Club Throw F51.
Our US Team Sunrise ambassador Mallory Weggemann has achieved two Gold medals in 200-m individual medley and 100m backstroke, and a Silver medal in 50m Butterfly. - Our Spanish Team Sunrise ambassador Teresa Perales has won a Silver medal in Women's 50m Backstroke.
Our ambassador from the UK and member of the Team GB Jamie Stead has won, together with his team, his first-ever Gold medal!
Our Mexican Team Sunrise ambassador Amalia Pérez has won her fourth Paralympic Gold medal in powerlifting, breaking her own record: 131Kg in up to 61Kg. category!
Our Brazilian ambassador Jovane Guissone has won a well-deserved silver medal in wheelchair fencing.
