There's no troublesome mechanisms - just flip-up the clip at the back, fold the footplate and push the backrest downwards to fold the Q50 R Carbon straight to the floor. You don't even need to remove the battery. For extra security, the (standard) transport strap ensures your Q50 R Carbon is kept tightly folded whilst lifting.
When folded, the Q50 R Carbon is so compact, it can be easily stored away in the porch, underneath the stairs or in the boot of the car. Thanks to its rear anti-tips, it's easily moveable when standing upwards too.
Are you planning to travel internationally? You can take the Q50 R Carbon with you since its Lithium-Ion battery is approved by IATA (International Air Transport Association) for transportation on aircraft.

You don't need your battery connected to your Q50 R Carbon to charge either. Just pop the battery out and charge it using the charging port on the side.
