We are delighted to introduce a series of new updates for the BREEZY IBIS, designed to:
- Modernise aesthetics and styling
- Introduce greater fleet compatibility with the Q-Series powerchair range
- Offer new and exciting options not previously available
- Integrate with our online ordering system and e-parts
Product Overview
The Ibis is a tilt-in-space wheelchair designed to be durable and adaptable. It can be adjusted and customised to suit individual needs, including changes over time or reuse by different users.
The Sedeo Pro seating system supports a range of positioning options for comfort and posture. The chair is designed to provide stable handling while still allowing users to remain as active and independent as possible.
It’s available with either small or large rear wheels, depending on preference, and can also be used with alternative or specialist seating systems.
Key Updates
1. Premium, Modern Styling - IBIS frame updated from Grey to Matt Black Power coated base (RAL 9005 20% GLOSS) for a more modern and premium finish
2. Greater Fleet Compatibility & Share Components - The IBIS now shares its components and accessories with the wider Q-Series powerchair fleet, armrests, legrests, headrests, seat and backrest upholstery is shared across both product lines.
We have also changed all fixing bolts from Torx head to Allen head bolts, making adjustments more familiar.
3. New Options and Accessories
- Smaller Seat Widths – Now available 38cm wide
- Shorter Legrest Stem – Now available with 30cm LLL
- NEW Contracture Centre Mount Legrest
- NEW Anatomical Flexible Backrest
The NEW SEDEO Flexi Backrest features repositioned 2nd and 3rd tension-adjustable straps, moved forward by 4cm to create a fully adjustable lumbar extension. This innovative design mimics the support of a sacral pad, delivering more precise positioning and enhanced user comfort.
4. Coming Soon - In Summer 2026, we will also be launching our brand new ‘IBIS HD’, building off the success of the standard IBIS but designed for clients up to 200kg.
