We regret to inform you that due to issues out of control regarding our supply chain, we are no longer able to supply the Quickie Krypton R and Krypton F, and with immediate effect have closed our ordering system.
Quickie Krypton R/F are the lightest active manual chairs in the Quickie product portfolio, utilising advanced carbon fibre braiding technology to provide strength, durability and rolling performance without compromising on weight. To achieve this, we rely on a specialist sub-supplier to provide our frames who are one of the market leading manufactures of carbon fibre, and have access to specialist, patented technology that sets the Krypton apart from other market alternatives.
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances our sub-supplier has gone into administration and are no longer able to supply frames for the Quickie Krypton. This has immediately stopped our ability to produce and manufacturer Quickie Krypton for the short to medium term.
When will Krypton be available again?
As the manufacturing process is so specialised, we cannot just move to an alternative supplier overnight. Instead, we are exploring other alternatives to continue to offer the Krypton, but this will be a long-term project, and we do not have a date for when this will become available again. This impacts both Krypton R and Krypton F wheelchairs.

- Effective immediately, the ordering system for Krypton R & Krypton F will be switched off, meaning no new orders can be placed
- For existing orders, we have a small number of frames still in stock and we will do our best to complete your order, but this may not be possible. You will be contacted personally if your order is affected by this
