When a product goes down it is vitally important to get it repaired as soon as possible, ensuring that your clients are not without essential equipment for long periods of time. Our existing manufacturing set up means that spare parts are stocked in our Germany manufacturing plant, therefore subject to longer lead times, often leading to extended waiting periods to receive the critical parts that you need to carry out repairs.
Service Improvement
To better support our customers with reduced lead times and improved service, we are pleased to announce that Empulse critical spare parts are now stocked in our UK facility. This reduces the lead time from 10-15 days to just 3-5 days, a reduction of two-thirds.
This will cover all components that are critical items to get a product working again, cosmetic items are not included and will be subject to our standard lead time from our German manufacturing facility.
