To improve usability and meet customer demand, the configurator has now been updated so that when an attendant or dual control is selected on one side, a push handle is automatically included on the opposing side as standard.
Previously, when an attendant or dual control was selected, the configurator did not allow the addition of push handles, as the attendant control mounted into one of the same slots.
Customer Benefit
This update provides users and carers with improved comfort, support, and practicality, allowing the attendant control to be operated from one side while maintaining a secure handhold on the other.
These changes will impact any new orders processed as of 13/10/2025.
How to order
This option is automatically chosen when you choose an attendant or dual control, you do not have to select push handles separately and you will not incur any additional charges. Therefore, there are no changes on order forms or the configurator models.
