On 24.10.2025 we announced via TB UK300 that we had encountered supply chain challenges with the 10ah chargers (option code XXX160103). Due to this all 10ah chargers were replaced with 8ah chargers by the processing team to ensure no delays on powerchair deliveries.
As reiterated in the previous communication, the issue only affected Q400/500 M powerchairs when selecting 80ah batteries, thus most orders remained unaffected.
We are pleased to announce that the supply chain challenges have now been resolved and from 15.12.2025 the supply of 10ah chargers will resume as normal on all powerchair orders.
