In March we released TB UK240 – Castor Wheel Noise which outlined reports we were receiving regarding increased noise emitting from the castor wheels on our QUICKIE Q400 M & Q500 M.

The bulletin advised that going forward, we were going to use the same castor wheel that is used on the Q300 M Mini, which does not suffer from this noise and that our sub-supplier was going to update the bases of the Q400 M & Q500 M to include the Q300 M Mini castor wheels.
This bulletin is notification that the new Q400 M & Q500 M bases with the same castor wheels as the Q300 M Mini have now arrived in the UK from our sub-supplier and have been implemented into UK production since 28/05/2024.
If you are experiencing squeaky castors on a Q400 M or Q500 M, please continue to claim replacement castor wheels through our Warranty Returns process.
