We have updated our Essential Information pack to a fabric pouch, the pouch will contain:
• The Essential Information booklet (previously known as the Quick Start guide)
• The USB containing Powerchair Owner’s files
• Wheel Removal Tool (Only on chair’s specified below)
The following new powerchairs will be equipped with a Wheel Removal Tool, as part of our Essential Information pack (MM-08321 Essential Kit)
• Magic 360
• Frontier V6/V4 with Crossover wheels
Wheel Removal Tool
The Wheel Removal Tool provides powerchair owners a tool to assist them when changing their drive wheels. As people increasingly find more outdoor adventure, push their limits on different terrains and in different conditions, we have found on occasion the wheels can be difficult to remove. As many of our wheelchair users love having the flexibility of changing drive wheels to suit their travels, we have developed a compact Wheel Removal Tool to provide help in this instance. The kit can be kept in the pouch attached to the powerchair, or in one of our accessory storage options.
The wheels are still interchangeable by unscrewing the centre motor axle nyloc nut. The Wheel Removal Tool is for instances where the wheel hub is stuck on the motor shaft.
The Wheel Removal Tool includes the Wheel Removal Tool User Guide instruction leaflet.
This can also be purchased as a spare part on part number ‘MM-07790 Wheel Removal Tool’
