What’s new/improved?
A change has been made to all Magic Mobility Motors to increase the size of the output shaft oil seal, the output shaft sleeve and the size of the wheel nylocs from M10 to M12.
This change impacted the Frontier V6 and Frontier V4 powerchairs from approximately Monday 20 May.
• The M12 nylocs require a 19mm socket.
• The wheel nut torque is 50Nm ± 3Nm.

To accommodate the updates, the gearbox has changed and now features a raised section on the casting. When changing motors, new motor mounts may be required on Frontier V4 models. Kits are available with and without motor mounts.
