When adjustments need to be made on the ELLA product to accommodate a child’s growth, therapists will usually call a PS and make an appointment, which in some cases may be six weeks after the initial call. This can cause some frustration for the therapist while waiting for the appointment.
Typically, these adjustments can easily be made by the therapist with just one tool (5mm Allen key) which can save a lot of time and ease the frustration of waiting for an appointment. To help our customers, product videos have been produced for the Timoteos ELLA Standing Frame showing how to carry out adjustments, step by step.
