We are pleased to announce a new colour range now available for our Quickie and Zippie Active Manual Chairs.
This bulletin includes:
- The New Colour Range – Details of which colours are continuing from our current range and which options are brand new.
- Discontinued Colours – Information on which colours will be discontinued and the order cut-off date for any orders including these colours.
- Spare Parts Availability – Availability of spare parts from our current (soon-to-be-discontinued) colour range.
Product Information and Assessment Materials – Tools available to assist with colour selection during assessments.
New Colour Portfolio:
Our new colour palette features a range of modern, sophisticated, and versatile colours that have been carefully selected to appeal to a broad demographic of clients — including paediatric users, teenagers, adults, sportspeople, professionals, and everyone in between.
Each colour is thoughtfully designed to coordinate with other colours on the chair or the rider’s clothing. This holistically coordinated palette allows for combinations that create completely unique and personalised looks.

Go Live Date and Ordering
Our new colour range is now available and goes live on 12th May 2025.
The eShop online configurator has been updated with the new colour range. As a result, any discontinued colours will no longer be available to add to your chair prescription from today.
Prescriptions, Quotes and orders requiring discontinued colours
If you have created and saved a chair prescription with any of the discontinued colours in eShop (including generating an electronic PDF), it can still be ordered and manufactured for up to 90 days after 12th May 2025.
To place the order, simply submit your completed prescription or electronic PDF to Customer Services via the standard process.
However, if you have not saved your prescription in eShop or need to make changes to the configuration, you will need to select colours from the new range.

We are currently preparing new colour tags and additional swatches for use as reference and assessment tools. We will provide further updates when these become available. In the meantime, please contact your Area Sales Manager with any specific requests.

- What is happening to the existing colours?
- Some have been kept but have been renamed, the rest will be discontinued
- How will this impact existing quotes?
- Existing quotes in the system as of the May launch date will be honoured up to 90 days or will be given the opportunity to select new colours
- Will the anodised colours be changing?
- No, existing anodised colour selections will remain
- How will spare parts be handled?
- The current colours will continue to be offered as spare parts for 5 years from discontinuation
