At Sunrise Medical we are committed to the continuous development of our services based on users and customer experience.
Reason for Change
From customer feedback we established that whilst customers loved the online visualiser as a sales tool for end users, it can lead to the double processing of the chair as it needs to be configured on the visualiser and then in e-shop to get a quote.
Service Update
We have now introduced a quicker and easier option for quoting and ordering the QS5 X, with the ability to populate an order form with the click of a button based on the chair that you have created in the visualiser. This does not link to the configurator yet, but it will allow yourselves or your clients to get a rough idea of the cost of their specific configuration of Quickie QS5 X as it uses the latest retail pricing loaded into our system.
How To Use
Once a configuraiton has been completed on the visualier, hit summary, and you will get an option to create an order form as shown below:
Clicking this button will produce a pdf of the QUICKIE QS5 X retail order form, with all the chosen options pre-selected. Please note this will not be a fully completed order form as sizes are not available to choose on the configurator and a full assessment is still required.
Customer Benefit
• For our dealerships, this will reduce the amount of double processing you need to do, saving you time in your busy schedules.
• For our end users, this allows them to complete a prescription and get a rough idea of what their specific configuration will cost immediately.
