In 2022 Sunrise Medical acquired Helping Hand to widen our seating portfolio and provide a more
comprehensive seating offering. The Helping Hand range includes solutions not currently provided in the JAY
Portfolio.
This allows us to:
• Offer a solution to a wider client base.
• Provide an enhanced and more complete range of seating.
To assist the smooth integration of the Helping Hand into the Sunrise family, key Helping Hand cushions have
been rebranded into the JAY Family of products and have been added to our online configurator for all Q-
Series powerchairs.
The following products are now available to order directly from our online configurator when ordering a new
Q-Series powerchair.

JAY Lowzone ECO
Lowzone Eco is our entry level pressure reducing memory foam cushion which distributes weight evenly across the seated area.

JAY Lowzone Switch
The any way up foam gel cushion that offers pressure reduction below a viscoelastic foam layer. The top and bottom memory foam layers encase the slow moving gel formula below the surface, so that you can benefit from its either way up.

JAY Lowzone+
Lowzone+ is our expertly shaped foam pressure cushion to reduce pressure under the vulnerable areas and distribute weight over the whole seated area. This pressure cushion offers great weight limits and a wide variety of adaptations.
