Description of Issue / Solution:
As part of our on-going efforts to streamline our product portfolio and as a result of the successful launch of the Q-Series family there has been a significant reduction in demand for a number of products, therefore we will be discontinuing the following products, therefore all orders received after the below dates will be held at the point of order and our order Admin team will contact you along with our local ASM to re-arrange a date for an assessment or alternatively if you request we will convert the order to a direct Q-Series replacement.

From the discontinuation date, spares or equivalents will be maintained and supplied for 5 years.

Equivalent products can be found in our new Q-Series range, which offer the following benefits to dealers and users:
Q500 Pro Series is made up of our Q500-M (Salsa M2 & Luca replacement), Q500-R (Puma 40, Jive F, Jive R & Luca replacements) and Q500-F (Luca replacement). These have been developed from the Salsa M2 (Q500-M) and Puma 40 (Q500-R/F). These improved bases offer a responsive and intuitive drive along with integrating the award winning Sedeo Pro seating system.
Q700 Series has three base configurations, our Q700-M offers a replacement to the Jive M and our Q700-R/F are replacement products for the Alex. The Q700-M boasts our new Spider Trac with a greater life cycle of 1,000,000 cycles compared to our previous gas strut which was tested to 400,000. This suspension delivers the same high level performance but with greater longevity. The Q700-F & R are our NEW flagship front & rear wheel drive base which provides an unparalleled outdoor performance, delivering the highest level of comfort and traction using our new All-Round Suspension and Spirit Level Technology.
The Q700 series also offers three choices of seating depending on the users requirements. Choose from our Sedeo Pro seating which provides a high level of comfort and support, with the stepless adjustment you can modify the sizing to the client’s measurements. Alternatively the Sedeo Ergo or the Sedeo UP seating is available, depending on whether they require a standing or full lay flat chair that boasts 5 memory positions that can be programmed to preference.
