This is a one-day course designed to look at the different control systems used on the Sunrise Medical powered wheelchair range: Penny and Giles VR2 and R-net.

NOTE: Must have already attended basic training course or have previous experience with programming. Please bring DTT and/or PC programming laptop and cables.

Course Objectives: At the end of the course, participants will be able to

  • Perform advanced programming of Sunrise Medical powered wheelchairs
  • Programme Sunrise Medical powered wheelchairs to meet the needs of highly complex clients

  • Sunrise Medical dealers
  • Occupational therapists, rehab engineers, clinical scientists and physiotherapists providing powered wheelchairs
