Shaping to reduce pressure

The top layer consists of a temperature-sensitive Visco elastic memory foam that provides excellent pressure reduction across the entire seating surface. The cushion's design effectively alleviates pressure from bony areas, while the rolled edge at the front enhances comfort. The orientation markers on both the cushion and its cover also ensure proper placement.

Choose a Cover : Microclimatic or CoolOver

The Zip+ can be ordered either with a Microclimatic or CoolOver cover.

Microclimatic Cover: Spacer is a 2-way stretch fabric that promotes circulation and takes some of the insulation away from the skin that other covers may create.

CoolOver cover: Heat and moisture are known to contribute significantly to skin breakdown. CoolOver is designed to help regulate skin temperature effectively. When the skin temperature is higher than the desired level, the CoolOver cover helps to drive away excess heat form the skin, while it also facilitates heat retention when the skin temperature is lower, aiming to maintain an optimal temperature of the skin.

Interliner protection as standard

The cushion comes also with an Interliner cover, this is to give extra protection to the core. The clever liner still has stretch and breathability as well as being splash proof. It can be wiped clean for hassle free care.

Two different contours available to meet different postural needs.

The new Zip+ is available in flat and contoured shapes, catering to mild to moderate postural support need. A flat contour helps kids with moderate skin protection and mild to moderate postural support needs, a contour version is available for high postural needs.
