To increase efficiency we have implemented streamlining our product portfolio, with the immediate discontinuation of the Quickie Tango on the 30th December 2022. Due to the emergence of the Q-Series portfolio, the units of our legacy powerchairs are now reaching a point where it is not sustainable to maintain production

We have updated the castor wheels of the Q400M and Q500M bases, based on improvements which were previously made to the Q700M.
We have responded to customer feedback to expand the JAY Balance cushion range once again. The Deep Contour option has a 10 cm overall cushion height, allowing a 1.5 cm deeper pelvic loading area (PLA) and increased fluid volume.

As part of our continuous improvement programme, the current 5-spoke caster wheels will be replaced by the 3-spoke caster wheels, which we are already using on the Q700 Series, The tyres used on both 5-spoke and 3-spoke wheels are identical and unchanged.
