From the 27th May 2021 a series of new MDR directives has been introduced, affecting all medical devices produced by Sunrise Medical. We have been working tirelessly over the past few months to make sure that all of our product are compliant so that we are able to continue manufacturing and distributing them to our customers.
The requirements to meet the new standard and regulations for MDR requires considerable investment and therefore we have taken the decision for products with low sales outside of the Great Britain where MDR is not required, to cease sales of these items outside of Great Britain.
Therefore it is with regret that from 27th May the below items will no longer be available for sale outside of Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales) – This does not affect customers within Great Britain
