Supporting the communities that inspire us

Every day, we see incredible individuals, clubs and organisations making a real difference to the lives of wheelchair users and disabled people.

That's why we've created the Sunrise Medical Community Fund.

We want to support projects that encourage people to get active, connect with others, try something new, or simply make everyday life a little easier.

Whether your idea is big or small, we'd love to hear about it.

What could the fund help with?

🏀 Disability sports clubs - Support for wheelchair basketball, rugby, tennis and other inclusive sports.

🎉 Community events - Help create accessible events and activities that bring people together.

♿ Mobility equipment - Funding towards specialist equipment that enables greater independence.

🌳 Days out & experiences - Borrow equipment or make activities more accessible.

💙 Personal challenges - Taking on something special? We may be able to help.

🤝 Local community projects - Supporting initiatives that improve accessibility and inclusion.

The Community Fund is open to:

• Individuals
• Families
• Community groups
• Charities
• Disability organisations
• Sports clubs

You can also nominate a person or organisation that you think would benefit from the Community Fund.

Every application makes a difference

Our aim is to support as many people as possible.

We'll carefully review every application and look to spread the available funding across a range of inspiring projects, organisations and individuals.
