Through our policy of continuous product improvement, it has come to our attention that on occasion the castor bearing on the Salsa M2 & M2 Mini models have worn quicker than we anticipated, as a result of this the castor develops a slight clicking sound. To solve this issue we have developed a new part number 21508011 which is a castor bearing upgrade kit. This kit will allow you to replace the bearings in the castor with a new version which are more durable and reliable. This solution is a rolling change which has now been implemented on all Salsa M2 & M2 Mini models produced from April 2017 onwards. Alternatively you can order the castor bearing upgrade kit as a spare for chairs currently out in the field.
